Sosyal Politikalar Kapsamında Belediyelerin İtfaiye Müzeleri Çalışmaları

Abstract

Belediyelerde özellikle kültür departlanlarının dünyadaki gelişmeleri hızla takip ederek, kendini yenileyen ve geliştiren bir teşkilat oluşturulması gerekmektedir. İletişimin gelişmesiyle önemli afetlerden biri olan ve büyük ölçüde tebdir ile önlenmesi mümkün olan yangınla mücadele konusunda, ilkokuldan başlayarak konunun önemi herkese anlatılmalıdır. Bu konuyu hayat boyu öğrenme bağlamında değerlendirerek eğitim sistemimizin bir parçası haline getirilmesi gerekmektedir. İçselleştirilmiş bir yurttaşlık bilincinin yaygınlaşması ertelenemez bir görev olarak benimsenmelidir. Sonuç olarak, yangının hayatın bir gerçeği olduğu bilinci ile ve bu gerçeğin sınavını başarı ile geçmek üzere; donanımlı bir kamu yönetimi oluşturmak, ülkemizi ve İstanbul’u afetlerden en az zararla çıkarmak için yeni teknolojik gelişmeleri, yeterli ekonomik kaynakları ve dürüst bir kamu hizmeti yaklaşımını ön planda tutan, kesintisiz bir çabanın benimsenmesi ve paylaşılması gerektiğinin bilinmesi kaçınılmazdır. Bu hususta, bu makale ile yerel yönetimlerin afet bilincini geliştirmesi için itfaiye müzeleri aracılığıyla toplumla bağ kurmasının gerekliliği vurgulanmış ve itfaiye müze çalışmaları incelenmiştir.

Works On Fire Museums Of Municipalities Within The Scope Of Social Policies

Abstract

In municipalities, it is necessary to establish an organization that renews and develops itself by following the developments in the world, especially the culture departments. Everyone should be informed about the importance of firefighting, which is one of the most important disasters with the development of communication and can be prevented by warning, starting from primary school. It is necessary to evaluate this issue in the context of lifelong learning and make it a part of our education system. The dissemination of an internalized civic consciousness should be adopted as a task that cannot be postponed. As a result, with the awareness that fire is a fact of life, and about to pass the test of this fact successfully; it is inevitable to know that an uninterrupted effort that prioritizes new technological developments, sufficient economic resources and an honest public service approach should be adopted and shared in order to create a well-equipped public administration and to save our country and Istanbul from disasters with the least damage. In this regard, with this article, it was emphasized that local governments should establish a bond with the society through fire museums in order to develop disaster awareness, and the works of fire brigade museums were examined.
