Abstract

Küreselleşme, hızlı teknolojik ilerleme ve yoğunlaşan rekabetin bir sonucu olarak, işletmelerin ve müşterilerin mevcut ortamda beklentileri değişmiştir. Ülkelerin üretim sürecinde dış kaynak kullanımına olanak sağlaması ve hem çok uluslu hem de küçük işletmelerin sürece katılmasına olanak sağlaması, daha kısa ürün ömrüne sahip olması, güvenilir ve hızlı teslimat sağlaması nedeniyle küresel tedarik zincirinin önemli bir bileşeni haline gelen hava kargo taşımacılığı , en gelişmiş teknolojik altyapıya sahiptir. Abstract

As a result of globalization, rapid technological advancement, and intensifying rivalry, the expectations of businesses and customers have altered in the current environment. Air cargo transportation, which has become a crucial component of the global supply chain because it enables countries to use outsourcing in the production process and allows both multinational and small businesses to participate in the process, has a shorter product life, enables reliable and quick delivery, and has the most advanced technological infrastructure. This allows these requirements to be met. Although air logistics plays a relatively limited role in the logistics sector as a whole, it is crucial for businesses due to its efficiency in international trade and modern logistics operations, as well as its role in the reliable transfer of mostly high-value or perishable goods. Manufacturers prefer rapid, safe, and dependable transportation services to meet the demand for quick and dependable delivery from consumers.
