Lantana camara ekstraktının Patates güvesi [Phthorimae operculella (Zeller) (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae)]’ne İnsektisit Etkileri

Abstract

Patates yumru güvesi [Phthorimae operculella (Zeller) Lep.: Gelechiidae)] dünya çapında çok önemli bir zararlıdır ve özellikle patates olmak üzere Solanaceae ekinlerine ciddi zararlar verir. Patates yumru güvesi yumru ile beslenerek önemli mahsul kayıplarına neden olmuştur. Bu çalışmada, L. camara ekstraktının Patates güvesi üzerine farklı dönemlerine etkisi çeşitli yöntemler kullanılarak araştırılmıştır. Yumurta döneminde günlük yumurtalar üzerine ekstrakt konsantrasyonları püskürtülmüştür. Larva döneminde yaprak disk daldırma ve bireyi daldırma yöntemleri uygulanmıştır. Larva dönemindeki denemelerde 3. dönem larvalar kullanılmıştır. Yumurta verimi denemesinde püskürtme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ekstraktın konsantrasyonları patates bitkisinin dallarına küçük bir el pülverizatörü ile püskürtülmüştür. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, L. camara ekstraktının Patates güvesi larvaları üzerine yüksek oranda insektisit etkisinin olduğu ortaya konulmuştur. Bireyi daldırma yönteminde daha yüksek oranda etki olduğu belirlenmiştir. Yumurta verim denemesinde ise, söz konusu ekstraktın yumurta verimini azalttığı, yüksek konsantrasyonlarda ise erginlerde ölüm olduğu ve hiç yumurta elde edilmediği tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan denemelerde Ekstraktın ovisit etkisinin olmadığı belirlenmiştir.
