RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN RENEWABLE ENERGY AND ECONOMIC GROWTH CASE OF TURKEY BETWEEN THE YEARS 2005-2015

Abstract

Made of renewable energy sources are examined in this study is how to have an impact on economic growth in Turkey. The effect investigated was positive in some countries, negative in some countries, and not in others. In this study, the annual data Eviews program was used in the period 2005-2015 taken from the World Bank and OECD and time series analysis was performed.Findings in the study show a positive relationship between renewable energy consumption and economic growth

Abstract

Yapılan bu araştırmada yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarının Türkiye'de ekonomik büyüme üzerinde nasıl bir etkisi olduğu incelenmektedir. Araştırılan etki bazı ülkelerde pozitif, bazılarında negatiftir, bazılarında ise ilişki görülememiştir. Bu çalışmada Dünya Bankası ve OECD ‘den alınan 2005-2015 periyodunda yıllık veriler Eviews programı kullanılmış olup zaman serisi analizi yapılmıştır. Çalışmada bulunan bulgular yenilenebilir enerji kaynakları tüketimi ile ekonomik büyüme arasında pozitif bir ilişkinin varlığını gösteriyor
