Otomasyonun Otoritesinde Sosyal İzolasyon Olarak Ekran Toplumunun Güven Dönüşümü

Abstract

Günümüzde dijitalleşmeyle birlikte otomasyonun kullanımının artması, insan-insan etkileşimlerinin şeklini değiştirerek toplumsal yapıyı dönüştüren faktörlerden biri haline gelmiştir. Bu dönüşüm, verimliliği artırmakla beraber bireyden topluma sosyal ve psikolojik etkiler oluşturmakta ve bu durum ayrıntılı bir incelemeyi gerektirmektedir. Makalenin ana mesajı, dijitalleşme ve otomasyonun modern toplum üzerindeki etkilerini ve bu süreçlerin sosyal ilişkileri nasıl dönüştürdüğünü incelemektir. Otomasyon sistemlerinin artan entegrasyonu ile kontrol hissinin azalması; sosyal izolasyon, güven kaybı ve sosyal becerilerde zayıflama gibi sorunlara yol açmaktadır. Çalışma, teknolojik gelişmelerin topluma etkisini otomasyon üzerinden ele almakta; insan-teknoloji ilişkisine dikkat çekmektedir. Otomasyona ve teknolojiye güvenle birlikte kontrol, özerklik ve eleştirel düşünme becerilerinin kaybı ile manipülasyon potansiyeline vurgu yapılmaktadır. Makale, dijital medya ve otomasyona bağımlılığı ve gözetim kapitalizminin toplumsal etkisini tartışmaktadır. Araştırmanın amacı, dijitalleşme ve otomatizasyonun sosyal yaşam üzerindeki etkilerini, bireyler arası güven, seçim ve iletişim süreçlerine yansımalarını ve insanın azalan rolünü kavramsal olarak ele almaktır. Otomasyona kolay erişimin yarattığı bağımlılık ve sosyal bağlardaki zayıflama incelenmektedir. Nitel bir yaklaşımla, literatür taraması ve olgu incelemesi yöntemleri kullanılmış; bireyselliğin zayıflaması ve karar alma süreçlerinin teknoloji, medya ve küreselleşme etkisiyle şekillendiği sonucuna varılmıştır.

The Transformation of Trust in the Screen Society: Social Isolation under the Authority of Automation

Abstract

In today’s digital age, the increasing integration of automation is reshaping human interactions and becoming a transformative force in the structure of modern society. While this shift enhances efficiency, it also introduces significant social and psychological consequences at both individual and societal levels, requiring critical examination. This study explores how digitalization and automation affect social dynamics, focusing on the transformation of interpersonal relationships. As automated systems become more embedded in everyday life, individuals may experience a declining sense of control, resulting in social isolation, erosion of trust, and weakening of communication and social skills. The research emphasizes the evolving relationship between humans and technology, drawing attention to potential risks such as the loss of autonomy, reduced critical thinking, and increased vulnerability to manipulation. Additionally, the study addresses the growing dependence on digital media and automation, examining their connection to surveillance capitalism and its broader social implications. Conceptually, it investigates how technological systems influence trust, decision-making, and social engagement, while highlighting the diminishing role of human agency in the face of machine precision and authority. The ease of access to automated technologies and the resulting dependency are also identified as factors that contribute to the weakening of social bonds. Employing a qualitative approach through literature review and case analysis, the study concludes that the combined effects of technology, media, and globalization lead to the homogenization of experiences, the erosion of individuality, and the external shaping of identity and personal decision-making processes.
