Comparison of Cutting Performance of Bridged Diamond Wire Cutting Machine and Chain Saw Machine

Abstract

In this study, the cutting performances of the bridge diamond wire cutting machine and the chain saw machine, which are actively used in the marble quarry, were compared. In this context, necessary examinations and evaluations were performed by taking into account parameters such as energy consumption, labor costs, consumables, use of grease, wear of diamond beads and sockets, water consumption, cutting speeds, initial investment costs and the advantages-disadvantages of the two machines. As a result of all these evaluations, it has been seen that the bridge diamond wire cutting machine is a more efficient machine in the cutting process.

KÖPRÜLÜ ELMAS TEL KESME MAKİNESİ İLE ZİNCİRLİ KOLLU KESİCİ MAKİNENİN KESİM PERFORMANSLARININ KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract

Bu çalışmada mermer ocağında üretimde aktif olarak kullanılan köprülü elmas tel kesme makinesi ile zincirli kollu kesici makinenin kesim performansları karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu kapsamda makinelerin kesimde harcadığı enerji, işçilik, sarf malzeme, gres kullanımı, elmas boncuk ve soketlerdeki aşınmalar, su tüketimi, kesim hızları, ilk yatırım maliyeti ve iki makinenin avantaj-dezavantajları gibi parametreler dikkate alınarak gerekli inceleme ve değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Bütün bu değerlendirmeler sonucunda, köprülü elmas tel kesme makinesinin kesim işleminde daha verimli bir makine olduğu görülmüştür.
