İş Akışı ve Süreç Yönetiminde Yeni Nesil Çözüm Uygulaması

Abstract

İş dünyasında yaşanan hızlı değişim ve rekabet girişimleri, iş yapısını oluşturanı iş süreçleri ve sistemleri açısından, işletmeleri bütünsel bir yaklaşıma doğru yönlendirip değiştirmeye başlamıştır. Bütünsel yaklaşımda; firma iş süreçleri ile firma cari yazılım sistemlerinin yeni nesil süreç tasarım teknolojileri vasıtasıyla tümleşik olarak çalışması hedeflenmektedir. Tümleşik sistemlerde; ürün, bilgi ve veri akışlarının daha hızlı iletilmesi sağlanarak, kurumsal kaynakların etkin ve verimli bir şekilde yönetilmesi sağlanır. Bu makale, iş süreçleri yönetim sistemi çerçevesinde daha az kod ve yeni nesil geliştirme araçları ile geliştirilen örnek bir iş akış tasarımının firma cari süreçlerine entegre edilmesi ve sonrasında ilgili sürece yönelik yönetimsel süreç izleme form uygulamalarını içerir.

Abstract

Abstract
Rapid change and competitive initiatives in the business world create the business structure; It has started to direct businesses towards a holistic approach in terms of business processes and systems. In the holistic approach; It is aimed for the company's business processes and the company's current software systems to work integratedly through new generation process design technologies. In integrated systems, By ensuring faster transmission of product, information and data flows, corporate resources are managed effectively and efficiently. This article includes integrating a sample workflow design developed with less code and new generation development tools within the framework of the business process management system into the company's current processes and then applying administrative process monitoring forms for the relevant process.
