Orthodontic Treatment of an Individual with Class I Malocclusion with Clear Aligner: A Case Report

Year 2022, Volume: 3 Issue: 2, 23 - 30, 31.12.2022

Abstract

Clear aligner treatment is an alternative to traditional orthodontic procedures. Clinical applications are developing as a result of the spread of clear aligner manufacturing companies and the rapid improvement of material and planning technologies. In recent years, there has been a dramatic increase in the number of research in the literature evaluating the general working principles of clear aligner therapy, understanding the treatment limits, and evaluating the advantages and disadvantages compared to conventional orthodontic treatments. The aim of this case report is to present the results of the treatment of our patient with dental class I malocclusion with clear aligner. A prescription for the ClinCheck treatment plan of our patient with Angle class I, in whom the maxillary dental midline deviated 3 mm to the left, with 2 mm overjet and 4 mm overbite in clinical examination, was created and sent to Invisalign Technology.

Sınıf I Maloklüzyona Sahip Bireyin Şeffaf Plak ile Ortodontik Tedavisi: Vaka Raporu

Year 2022, Volume: 3 Issue: 2, 23 - 30, 31.12.2022
