İmmatür daimi dişlerde endodontik tedaviler: Bir derleme

Abstract

Kök gelişim süreci tamamlanmamış dişler immatür diş olarak adlandırılır. Dental travma, çürük veya enfeksiyonlar, dişlerin kök gelişimini durdurabilir. İmmatür daimi dişler ince kanal dentin duvarlarına ve kısa köklere sahiptir. Ayrıca, apikal tıkacın da bulunmaması bu dişlerle ilgili endodontik tedavilerde önemli bir zorluk oluşturmaktadır. Tedavi sürecine girmeden önce klinik ve radyografik değerlendirmelerin dikkatlice yapılması, başarılı sonuçların elde edilmesi açısından kritik bir öneme sahiptir. İmmatür daimi dişlerde tedavi amacıyla apeksogenezis, apeksifikasyon ve rejeneratif endodonti gibi çeşitli uygulamalar kullanılmaktadır. Her bir tedavi yönteminin avantaj ve dezavantajları mevcuttur. Uygulanan karşılaştırmalı seçeneklerini araştırma yöntemlerle yapmak, değerlendirirken hastanın ilgili tedavi özel durumuna uygun kararların alınmasında önem taşımaktadır.
