Abstract
Nüfusun hızla artması ve doğal kaynakların hızla tükenişi gibi sebepler yapı sektöründe de önlemler almaya itmiştir.
Bu makalede bu önlemler arasında bulunan döngüsel ekonomi kavramı irdelenmiştir. Döngüsel ekonominin Bina Bilgi Modellemesi (Building Information Modeling-BIM) yazılımları ile entegre çalışabilirliği süreci üzerine tartışılmıştır ve bir vaka çalışması üzerinden BIM ile bütünleşik çalışma süreci ile döngüsel ekonomi sürecinin entegrasyonu bir örnek üzerinden incelenmiş ve avantajları değerlendirilmiştir.
