KURUMSAL KARAR DESTEK SİSTEMLERİNDE YAPAY ZEKÂ KULLANIMI: TASARIM VE UYGULAMA

Abstract

Hızlı ve isabetli kararlar alabilmek kurumlar için kritik öneme sahiptir. Sonuçlarında belirsizlik içeren kararlar alınırken yöneticiler sezgilerini ve kurum hafızasını oluşturan bütünleşik veri sistemlerinden gelen bilgileri bu tip kararlara dayanak olarak kullanmaktadırlar. Geçmiş bilgilerin modellenerek yöneticilere sunulması ve yöneticilerin öngörüleri doğrultusunda bunları manipüle edebilmesi karar destek sistemleri ile mümkün olmaktadır. Bu tezin amacı kurumsal karar destek sistemlerinde yapay zekânın uygulanabilirliğini araştırmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda öncelikle yapay zekânın tanımı, zaman içindeki gelişimi, kurumsal karar destek sistemlerinde kullanımı ve son olarak bir örnek tasarım ve uygulama ile savunulan tezin hayatın olağan akışında uygulanabilirliği anlatılmıştır. Bu araştırma kapsamında orta düzey yöneticilerin taktik düzeyde ve belirsizlik içeren kararlar alırken yararlanabilecekleri model tabanlı ve yapay zekâ uzman sistem destekli bir karar destek sistemi geliştirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Doğru yöntemlerle işlenmiş bilgilerin yapay zekâ kullanımı ile kurumsal karar destek sistemlerinin bilgi temelli ve model odaklı karar alma süreçlerinde ne ölçüde faydalar sağlayacağı bir örnek tasarım ve uygulama ile ortaya konulmuştur.

THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN ORGANIZATIONAL DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEMS: DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract

It is critical for companies to make quick and accurate decisions. While making decisions that contain uncertainty in their results, managers use information from integrated data systems that make up their organization and their memory. Modeling and presenting the past information to managers and manipulating them with their opinions is possible with decision support systems. The aim of this thesis is to investigate the applicability of artificial intelligence in corporate decision support systems. In line with this purpose, firstly, the definition of artificial intelligence, its development over time, its use in organizational decision support systems, and finally, the applicability of the thesis advocated with an exemplary design and application is explained in the ordinary course of life. In this research, it is planned that a model based and artificial intelligence expert system supported decision support system is needed for middle level managers to benefit from making tactical and uncertain decisions. It has been demonstrated with an exemplary design and application to the extent that the benefits of processed information with artificial intelligence and organizational decision support systems will benefit information-based and model-oriented decision-making processes.
