Abstract
Bu makale, Soğuk Savaş sonrası dönemde Türk-Rus ilişkilerini özetlemeyi ve tartışmayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışma, anılan döneme ilişkin iki ülke arası ilişkilerin genel bir özeti ile başlamakta, bunu izleyerek ilişkilerdeki sorunlar ve olumlu gelişmelere detaylı bir biçimde değinmektedir. Türk-Rus ilişkilerinin gelecekte ne yönde seyredeceğinin iki ülkenin sorunlarını çözme ve aralarındaki işbirliği potansiyelini geliştirme kapasitesine bağlı olacağı vurgulanmaktadır.
Abstract
This article aims to summarize and discuss Turkish-Russian relations in the post- Cold War era. The study starts with a brief summary of the two countries’ relations in that period, followed by many specifi c problems, as well as strengths, in the relations addressed in detail. In the end, the direction of future relations is stressed to depend on the countries’ ability to cope with current problems and enhance cooperation between themselves.
