Abstract
This study aims to examine the way in which the flexicurity labour market structure, laid down in order to provide the flexibility needed in the European labour market and implemented in Denmark’s leadership, is put into practice in accordance with the national market structure and social acceptances in Germany. In this context, the successes achieved in unemployment rates have been examined through the transformation process provided by the national labour market, which is the result of Germany’s flexicurity adaptation.
