CuSO4, Na2S ve farklı toplayıcı birleşimlerinin kullanımının altın flotasyonu üzerindeki etkisinin belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Bergama-Ovacık altın yatağından alınmış olan cevher numuneleri kullanılarak yapılan flotasyon testleri ile farklı toplayıcıların bir arada kullanımının altın flotasyonu üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar birinci derece flotasyon modeli kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmalar neticesinde potasyum amil ksantat (Aero 350), dialkil ditiyofosfat (Aerofloat 208) ve dialkil ditiyofosfinat (Aerophine 3418A) türü toplayıcıların birlikte kullanımı ile en iyi sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Pülpe 85 g/t a kadar Na2S ilavesinin işlem kinetik hızını (k) göreceli olarak arttırdığı ancak bu miktarın aşılması durumunda kinetik hızın ve beraberinde altın kazanım veriminin düşmeye başladığı gözlemlenmiştir. Pülpe CuSO4 ilavesi işlem kinetik hızı (k) veya verim üzerinde etkili olmamıştır
