Purpose: To determine the most appropriate treatment approaches with patient follow-ups, the scope of treatment regimens, their reliability, by associating the physiological effect, that is, the pain symptom, its diversity, and objective pain scale scores and some biochemical parameters in response to the cell, tissue and organ deformation caused by the virus in patients infected with the Covid-19 virus. is to provide.
Materials and Methods: Study: Pain symptoms were evaluated with three different scales (FLACC, VAS, WB) and many biochemical parameters during daily follow-ups of patients who were hospitalized in Kafkas University Medical Faculty Research Hospital in Turkey between November 1 and November 16, 2020.
Results: VAS hospitalization and VAS discharge scores were found in patients (p< 0.001). A significant difference was also found between WB hospitalization and WB discharge scores (p<0.01). In the relationship between pain scores and laboratory findings, there is a significant positive between VAS hospitalization score and CRP, a significantly positive relationship between VAS hospitalization score and urea and creatinine (p<0.01), a negative relationship between Vas hospitalization and CA value, a significant difference between VAS discharge score and CRP and urea. There was a weak positive relationship.
Conclusion: There is a relationship between pain scores due to the effect created by a "new virus" that affects the whole world and some biochemical values. Further studies are needed.
