Üriner inkontinans ve/veya alt üriner sistem semptomlarının kadın cinsel sağlığı üzerine etkisi

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmada, kadın cinsel işlev bozukluğu FSD ile üriner disfonksiyon arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla, üriner inkontinansı ve/veya alt üriner sistem semptomları AÜSS olan kadınlarla sağlıklı kadınlar karşılaştırılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya, üriner inkontinans ve/veya AÜSS olan 39 kadın 21-48 yaş ve üriner semptomları olmayan 32 sağlıklı kadın dahil edildi. Hastalar, öykü, fizik muayene, uluslararası prostat semptom skoru I-PSS , Uluslararası inkontinans konsultasyon anketi-kısa form ICIQ-SF ve Kadın cinsel işlev indeksi FSFI ile sorgulandıktan sonra standart dolum sistometrisi yapıldı. Sağlıklı kadınlar, üriner inkontinans ve/veya AÜSS yakınması olmadığı için sadece FSFI ile değerlendirildi. Her iki grubun FSFI skorları karşılaştırıldı. Ayrıca FSFI bileşenleri ile ICIQ-SF, I-PSS ve ürodinamik bulgular arasındaki ilişki değerlendirildi.Bulgular: Seksüel disfonksiyon, 39 hastanın 31’inde ve 32 sağlıklı kadının 5’inde tespit edildi. Effects of urinary incontinence and/or lower urinary tract symptoms on female sexual health

Abstract

Objectives: In tis study, we evaulated the relationship between female sexual dysfunction FSD and urinary dysfunction. Women suffers from urinary incontinence and/or lower urinary tract symptoms LUTS were compared with healthy women. Materials and Methods: Thirtynine women with urinary incontinence and/or LUTS and 32 healty women age:1849 who has without any urinary symptoms were enrolled in this study. Standart filling cystometry was applied to all patients after evaulating with history, physical examination and questioning forms I-PSS, ICIQ-SF, FSFI . Healty women were only questioned with FSFI due to having no urinary incontinence and/or LUTS. FSFI scores were compared betweeen two groups. Additionally, relationship between FSFI domains and ICIQ-SF, I-PSS and urodynamic findings were investigated.Results: Sexual dysfunction was observed in 31 of 39 patients and 5 of 32 healty women respectively.
