Abstract

Toplayıcı kanal karsinomu renal hücreli kanserlerin oldukça nadir rastlanılan bir çeşididir ve genelde ileri evre hastalık olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Hastaların bir kısmında tanı anında lenf nodu metastazı %44 ve uzak metastaz %32 mevcuttur. Bu yazıda toplayıcı renal karsinomu olan bir olgu güncel literatürler ışığında değerlendirilmiştir
