Abstract
Skrotumda lipom nadir olarak görülmektedir. Skrotal lipomların çoğu spermatik kordan köken almaktadır. Skrotumun sağ yarısında ağrısız şişlik nedeniyle başvuran ve histopatolojik tanısı skrotal lipom olan 34 yaşındaki erkek hasta, güncel literatürün gözden geçirilmesi eşliğinde sunulmaktadır

Scrotal lipomas are seen rarely. Most lipomas occurring in the scrotum originate in the spermatic cord. Herein, we present the case of a patient who had complaint with a scrotal mass without pain, in the light of current literature
