Sistemik lupus eritomatozus ve mesane tutulumu: Bir olgu sunumu

Abstract

Sistemik Lupus Eritomatoz SLE birçok organ ve sistemi tutabilen otoimmün hastalıktır. Mesane tutulumu ve semptomları ise nadir görülür. SLE mesanede mukoza tutulumu ile sistit; nörolojik tutulum ile nörojenik mesane veya obstrüktif üropatolojilere neden olur. SLE nedeniyle 12 yıldır takipli, düzensiz kortikosteroid kullanımı olan, 2 ayda 3 defa akut idrar retansiyonu gelişen, yapılan basınç akım çalışmasında obstrüktif üropatoloji saptanan, bu nedenle transüretral sonda takılarak yoğun kortikosteroid tedavisi sonrası şikayetleri düzelen olgu sunuldu

Systemıc lupus erythematosus and bladder involvement: A case report

Abstract

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus SLE is an autoimmune disease that can involvemany organs and systems. Bladder involvement and symptoms are rare. In SLE mucosal involvement cause cystitis and with neurological involvement causing obstruction and neurogenic bladder. We report the patient who followed for SLE about 12 years, irregular usage of corticosteroids, was developing acute urinary retention 2 months 3 times, obstruction identified with pressure-flow study, treated with a transurethral catheter and intensive corticosteroid therapy
