Renal hücreli karsinomda bilateral adrenal bez metastazı: Olgu sunumu

Abstract

Renal parankimin en sık görülen malign neoplazmı renal hücreli karsinomdur RHK . Renal hücreli karsinom sıklıkla akciğer, beyin, kemik ve karaciğer gibi organlara metastaz yaparken, bilateral sürrenal metastazı oldukça nadir görülen bir durumdur. Bu çalışmada, sol RHK ve bilateral sürrenal metastazı saptanan 38 yaşındaki erkek hastayı literatür ışığında sunmaktayız

The most common malignant neoplasm of the renal parenchyma is renal cell carcinoma RCC . Renal cell carcinoma is often metastasis in organs such as, lung, brain, bone and liver. Bilateral adrenal metastasis of RCC is extremely rare. In this study, we present a 38-yearold male patient with left RCC and bilateral adrenal metastasis
