Priyapizm ile başvuran bir böbrek tümörü: Olgu sunumu

Abstract

Priyapizm nadir görülen ürolojik acillerden biridir. Acil servise priyapizm ile başvuran hastalarda priyapizm tipi belirlenerek müdahale edilmelidir. İskemik ve iskemik olmayan priyapizm olarak iki gruba ayrılır. En sık iskemik tip priyapizm görülür. Başvuru sırasında ve/ veya kontrollerde priyapizme neden olan durumu tespit edebilmek için ayrıntılı muayene yapılmalı ve hikaye alımalıdır. Çünkü priyapizm olgularının % 30’nun nedeni bilinmese de geri kalan %70 hastada etyoloji tespit edilebilir, bu nedenle hastaları dikkatlice incelemek gerekir. Hikayesinde kilo kaybı ve sol varikoseli olan, 56 yaşında, 18 saattir devam eden priyapizm nedeniyle acil servise başvuran erkek hastamızda ayrıntılı muayene ve anamnez ile ultrasonografide böbrek kitlesi tespit edilen olgumuzu bildirdik

Renal tumor presenting with priapism: Case report

Abstract

Priapism is an uncommon emergence in urologic practice. Type of priapism should be identified before intervention to patients who presenting with priapism in emergency department.Divided into two groups like ischemic and nonischemic priapism. The most common type is ischemic priapism. During the consults or controls of patients should be examined and detailed the story to identify the reason of priapism. Because, of the priapism cases % 30 etiology is unknown, but % 70 of cases etiology could be identified, because of this the patients with priapism have to be research. We reported a 56 years-old male who have weight loss in history and left varicocele, consulted emergency services because of priapism about 18 hours, with detailed examination and history a renal mass was determined by ultrasonography
