Abstract
Retroperitoneal bölgedeki tümörler oldukça nadir görülmekle birlikte, bu kitlelerin yaklaşık %70-80’inin malign olması ve ürolojik organlarla olan yakın ilişkisi nedeniyle önem arz etmektedirler. Ürinom; perirenal, paraüreteral veya retroperitotenal alanda, ekstravaze idrarın birikimi olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Abstract
Although retroperitoneal tumors are relatively uncommon, about 70 to 80% of this mass is malignant and association with urological organs. Urinoma is defined as a collection of extravasated urine in the perirenal, paraureteral or retroreritoneal space.
