Abstract

Retroperitoneal bölgedeki tümörler oldukça nadir görülmekle birlikte, bu kitlelerin yaklaşık %70-80’inin malign olması ve ürolojik organlarla olan yakın ilişkisi nedeniyle önem arz etmektedirler. Ürinom; perirenal, paraüreteral veya retroperitotenal alanda, ekstravaze idrarın birikimi olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Ürinomlar genellikle obstrüksiyona sekonder veya üriner sistemde yaralanmaya neden olan künt veya delici yaralanmalar sonucu meydana gelir. Retroperitoneal kitleyi taklit eden ürinom olgusunu sunduk

An urinoma mimicking retroperitoneal mass: A case report

Abstract

Although retroperitoneal tumors are relatively uncommon, about 70 to 80% of this mass is malignant and association with urological organs. Urinoma is defined as a collection of extravasated urine in the perirenal, paraureteral or retroreritoneal space. Urinomas usually ocur secondary to obstruction or due to penetrating or blunt trauma leading to injuries of the urinary system. We present a case of an unironoma mimicking retroperitoneal mass
