Abstract
Crohn Hastalığı tüm gastrointestinal sistemi tam kat tutan inflamatuar bir süreçtir. Tam kat tutması nedeniyle komşu organlara veya cilde fistülize olabilir. Mesaneye fistül nadir görülür. Enterovezikal fistüllerde hasta dizüri, sık idrar yolu enfeksiyonu, fekalüri ve hematüri ile başvurabilir. Biz bu olgu sunumunda, sık idrar yolu enfeksiyonu ve fekalüri ile gelen Crohn hastasında tespit edilen enterovezikal fistül etrafında oluşan mesane tümörü olgusunu bildirdik

Bladder cancer that formed around of enterovesical fistula in patient with Chron’s disease: A case report
Abstract
Crohn’s disease is a inflammatory process which affect all layers of gastrointestinal system. Therefore fistulization to adjacent organs and also skin can be seen in this disease. Bladder is rarely affected in crohn’s disease. In enterovesical fistul, patients come to hospital with recurrent cystitis, dysuria, hematuria and fecaluria. In this case report, we indicated bladder cancer around enterovesical fistula in patient with Crohn’s disease who came to our clinic with recurrent cystitis and fecaluria.
