Nadir penis travması. Prepisyumun fermuar zincirinde sıkışması: Olgu sunumu

Abstract

Penis travmaları, anatomik konumundan ve mobil olmasından dolayı nadir görülür. Travma sebebi olarak sirkümsizyona bağlı iatrojenik, motorlu taşıt kazaları, fermuar zincirinde sıkışma, hayvan ısırıkları, insan saçı veya iplikle penisin strangülasyonu gibi etkenler rapor edilmiştir. Biz de fermuarının prepisyum derisini sıkıştırması sonucu oldukça ajite ve ağrılı bir klinik ile acil servise başvuran 7 yaşında erkek hasta olgumuzun genel anestezi altında prepisyum dokusunun fermuardan kurtarılmasını ve takiben uyguladığımız cerrahi sünnet işlemini sunmayı amaçladık.

Rare penıs trauma. Prepısıum jam ın zıpper chain: Case report

Abstract

Penile trauma is rarely seen because of anatomical localization and mobilization. It may be iatrogenic during circumcision or caused by domestic animal attack, child abuse, motor vehicle accidents or trapping in a zipper; penile strangulation by hair or thread has also been reported. We purposed to present the rescue of prepisium tissue from the zipper and then following the surgical circumcision operation of a 7 year old male patient, who came to the emergency service, with a clinic of quite agitated and pain as a result of the prepisium skin compression of a zipper.
