Primer mesane adenokarsinomu mu yoksa gastrointestinal sistem kaynaklı metastazmı?: Olgu sunumu

Abstract

Mesanenin primer adenokarsinomları nadir olup, tüm mesane kanserlerinin %2’sinden azını oluştururlar. Teşhis edildiklerinde agresif yapılarından dolayı genellikle ileri evrededirler ve kötü prognoza sahiptirler. Tümörün primer orijinini belirlemek, uygun tedavi için önemlidir. Bu makalede gastrointestinal kaynaklı metastatik adenokarsinom ön tanısı almış olan 60 yaşındaki mesanenin primer adenokarsinom olgusunu sunduk ve literatür eşliğinde gözden geçirdik

Is primary adenocarcinoma of urinary bladder or orginated gastrointestinal system metastases?: A case report

Abstract

Primary adenocarcinoma of bladder is a very rare condition and represents less than 2% of all bladder cancers. They have a poor prognosis because of their aggressive nature and advenced stages at the diagnosis. It is important to determine the origin of the primary tumor to begin the appropriate therapy. Herein we presented a case of primary adenocarcinoma of bladder misdiagnosed as metastatic adenocarcinoma and reviewed in view of literature
