Kontrastsız bilgisayarlı tomografi yardımı ile hesaplanan hounsfield ünit değerlerinin perkütan nefrolitotomi sonuçlarına etkisi

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmada böbrek taşları sebebiyle perkütan nefrolitotomi PCNL yapılan hastalarda, kontrastsız tüm batın bilgisayarlı tomografideki BT hounsfield ünite HU değerlerine göre başarı ve komplikasyon oranlarının karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır.Gereç ve Yöntemler: Ocak 2013–Ocak 2015 tarihleri arasında İzmir Bozyaka Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Üroloji Kliniğinde değişik lokalizasyonlardaki böbrek taşları nedeniyle PCNL yapılan kontrastsız tüm batın BT’sine ulaşabildiğimiz hastalar çalışmaya dahil edildi. Hastaların HU değerleri kaydedildi. HU değeri ≤1000 olan hastalar grup 1, HU değeri >1000 olan hastalar ise grup 2 olarak tanımlandı. Gruplar arasında operasyon süresi, operasyon başarısı ve komplikasyon oranları karşılaştırıldı. Taşsızlık ve ≤4 mm taş kalması durumunda operasyon başarılı olarak tanımlandı. Operasyon sonrası >4 mm taş saptanması rezidü olarak tanımlandı. Bulgular: Grup 1 de 114 grup 2 ise 180 hasta mevcut idi. Hastaların yaş ortalamaları benzerdi; grup 1 de 49.6±1.3 iken grup 2 de 48.7±0.9 olarak saptandı p=0.496 . The effect of the hounsfield unit value calculated with the aid of non-contrast computed tomography on the outcome of percutaneous nephrolithotomy

Abstract

Aim: In this study, we aimed relationship with hounsfield unit, which calculated with the aid of non-kontrast computed tomography and success and complications rates of percutaneous nephrolithotomy PCNL which is applied for renal stones.Materıal and Methods: We record retrospectively of patients who have non-contrast computed tomography operated at our institution between January 2013-January 2015 for renal stones in different locations. HU values were recorded. The patients were divided into two different groups according to hounsfield unit value. Hounsfield unit value 1000 was defined group 2. Between two groups, operative time, operation success and complication rates were compared. 4 mm stone was defined as residual determination.Results: Group 1 consists of 114 patients and group 2 consists of 180 patients. The mean age of patients was similar; Mean ages of group 1 and group 2 were 49.6±1.3 and 48.7±0.9 respectively p=0.496 .
