Üretral yabancı cisim; kalem şekilli silikon çubuk: Olgu sunumu

Abstract

Üretral yabancı cisim nadir görülen bir durumdur. Yabancı cisimler genellikle cinsel amaçlı olarak kişinin kendisi tarafından üretraya sokulmaktadır ve sıklıkla psikiyatrik bozukluğu olan hastalarda görülmektedir. Ürogenital diafram es located distal to the urogenital diaphragm can distaline lokalize yabancı cisimler genellikle enoften be successfully extracted by endoscopic metdoskopik metodlar ile başarıyla çıkarılabilir. Bazen eksternal üretratomi pendüler üretrada yabancı cisimler , suprapubik sistotomi posterior üretradaki yabancı cisimler veya meatotomi operasyonu gerekir. Burada 42 yaşında üretrasına kalem şekilli silikon çubuk sokan ve eksternal üretratomi operasyonu ile tedavi edilen olguyu sunduk

Urethral foreign body; pencil shaped silicone rod: A case report

Abstract

Urethral insertion of foreign bodies is an uncommon condition. Usually, these foreign bodies were self inserted for autoeroticism, frequently in patients with psychiatric disorders. Foreign bodies located distal to the urogenital diaphragm can often be successfully extracted by endoscopic methods. Occasionally, more invasive foreign body extraction procedures are required – external urethrotomy for pendulous urethral foreign bodies , suprapubic cystotomy for posterior urethral foreign bodies , or meatotomy. We represented a male patient who inserted a pencil shaped silicone rod by himself into the urethra and treated with external urethrotomy operation
