Abstract
Mycobacterium tuberculosis is frequent cause of granulomatous orchitis. Infection may contaminate the testis directly from epididymis or hematogenous. In this article, 31 –year- old patient is presented, who admitted to our hospital with complaints of scrotal swelling, orchiectomy was performed due to tumor suspicion after examination and diagnosed the granulomatous epididymoorchitis in pathological examination

Abstract
Mycobacterium Tuberkülozis; granulomatöz orşitin sık nedenlerinden birisidir. Enfeksiyon testise ya epididimden direkt yayılımla ya da kan yoluyla gelir. Burada 31 yaşında, skrotal şişlik şikayeti ile hastanemize başvuran, yapılan tetkikler sonrası tümör şüphesi ile orşiektomi yapılan ve patolojik incelemede kazeifiye granulomatöz epididimoorşit tanısı alan hasta sunulmaktadır
