Abstract

Primer prostatik leimyosarkom kötü prognoza sahip oldukça nadir bir hastalıktır. Klinik bulgular, fizik muayene, laboratuar tetkikleri ve görüntüleme yöntemlerinde hastalığa spesifik bulgu saptanmayabilir. Tanı patolojik inceleme ile konulabilmektedir. Çalışmamızda nadir görülen ve kötü prognoza sahip primer prostat leiomyosarkomu olgusu bildirilmiş ve konu ile ilgili literatür gözden geçirilmiştir

Primary leiomyosarcoma of the prostate: Case report

Abstract

Primary leiomyosarcoma of the prostate is extremely rare disease with poor prognosis. There is no disease-specific findings of clinical signs, physical examination, laboratory tests and imaging techniques, In our study, a rare case of primary leiomyosarcoma of the prostate with a poor prognosis have been reported and the relevant literature is reviewed
