Abstract

Pentaklorofenol PCP dünya çapında geniş kullanım alanı olan genel bir biyosit ajandır Deri sanayinde antifungal ve antibakteriyeı olarak kullanılmaktadır Vücuda ağız, solunum ve deri yoluyla kolay bir şekilde alınan PCP, akut ve kronik zehirlenmelere yol açabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, gaz kromatografısi ile, işlenmiş derilerde PCP kalıntılarının saptanabileceği oldukça pratik, duyarlı, güvenilir ve ekonomik bir yöntem geliştirilmiştir Yöntem, örneklerin asitle hidroliz, n-hekzan ekstraksiyonu ve ECD/GC'de okunması esasına dayanmaktadır. Deri ürünlerinde PCP geri kazanım oranı ortalama % 81.3, saptama limiti ise 25 ppb olarak elde edilmiştir Geri kazanma değerlerinin değişim katsayısı % 3.2-7.9 arasında bulunmuştur

Abstract

Studıes About the Adaptation af a Method for the Determination of Pentaehlorophenol in Leather by Gas Chromatography Pentaehlorophenol PCP is a general biocide used throughout the teorld. It is used as a fungicide and a bactericide in the leather industry. Acule and chrontc poısoning may ocçur by dermal absorption, İrıhalation or ingestion. in this paper. a practîcal, sensitive, relîable, and economic method for the determination of PCP in leather by gas chromatography is adapted The procedure is based on extraction of PCP rnto n-hexan and acid hydrolisis. PCP is guantitated directly by ECD/GC. Recouery of PCP in leather is 81.3 %. detection limit is 25 ppb, and the coefficients of variation are in the range 3 2 and 7.9 %
