Köpeklerde midazolam ve acepromazine’nin ketamin HCL ile kombine anestezisinin kardiopulmoner etkileri ve bu etkilerinin flumezanil ile geri döndürülmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Y.Y.Ü Veteriner Fakültesi Cerrahi Kliniğinde değişik yaşta 10 adet melez köpek üzerinde gerçekleştirildi. Midazolam, acepromazine, ketamin HCL ve flumezanil uygulamalarından sonra kalp grafısi, klinik semptomlar, vücut ısısı, respirasyon ve pulzasyon düzenli aralıklarla kontrol edildi. Uygulamalarda her hangi bir komplikasyon gözlenmedi. Flumezanil ile anesteziden çıkış süresi her iki grupta ortalama 30 dakika olarak belirlendi

Cardiopulmonar effects of midazolam and acetpromazine and ketamin HCL anesthesia in dogs, and recovering after flumezanil injection

Abstract

This study was performed in ten cross- bred dogs which were at different ages at the University of Yuzuncu Yil, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Surgery. Clinical symptoms, rectal temperature, respiration, pulsation and ECG were taken at regular interwals after midazolam, acepromazine, ketamin HCL and flumezanil application to the dogs. Otherwise complications did not develop after applications of these drugs. Recovering from the anesthesia after flumezanil injection took about 30 minutes in both groups
