Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca3Cu4O12 Çubuk Şeklinde Üretilen Süperiletken Üzerinde Doğru Akım Tavlamanın Etkisi

Abstract

Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca3Cu4O12 (BSCCO) bileşik yapısındaki süperiletken numunesi eritme-döküm yöntemiyle çubuk şeklinde üretildi. Üretilen numune 10 cm boyunda ve 6 mm çapındadır. Üretilen numuneye 20 V’luk ve 2.5 A ‘lik doğru akım uygulandı. Numunenin fiziksel yapısı, akım uygulanmadan önce ve uygulandıktan sonra X-ışını kırınımı (XRD) ve taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) ile incelendi. Üretilen numunelerde Doğru Akım Tavlaması (DCA)’ nın etkisi açıklandı. Üretilen numunenin Tc kritik sıcaklığı 105 K olarak belirlendi.
