Bir İneğin Göz Kapağında Bazal Hücre Karsinomu

Çalışmamızın materyalini kliniğimize sağ alt göz kapağında yara şikayetiyle getirilen bir inek oluşturdu. Yaradan alınan örneğin histopatolojik incelemesinde olayın bazal hücre karsinomu (BHK) olduğu anlaşıldı. Kitle operasyonla alındı ve göz kapağında şekillenen defekt kalıcı tarsorafi tekniği ile onarıldı. Üç ay süreyle yapılan takipte tümörün tekrar nüksettiği gözlendi. Bu olgu ülkemiz sığırlarında rastlanan ilk kayıt olması nedeniyle sunumunun yararlı olacağı kanısına varılmıştır
