İneklerde Seksüel Siklusun Farklı Dönemlerinde Uterus Arginaz Seviyelerinin Araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışma ineklerde seksüel siklusun farklı dönemlerinde uterus arginaz seviyelerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapıldı. Çalışmanın materyalini yaşları 3-7 arasında değişen, farklı ırktan toplam 40 inek uterusu oluşturdu. Uterus örnekleri düzenli olarak kesim yapılan yerel bir mezbahadan temin edildi. Kesimden hemen sonra genital organlar inspeksiyonla muayene edilerek iç genital organlarında herhangi bir patolojik lezyon gözlenmeyen hayvanlara ait uterus örnekleri çalışmaya dahil edildi. Hayvanların seksüel siklus dönemi, ovaryumlar ve uterus muayene edilerek belirlendi. Uterus doku arginaz aktivitesi Tiyosemikarbazid-Diasetil Monoksim Üre (TDMU) metodu ile spektrofotometrik olarak ölçüldü. Uterus arginaz düzeyleri proöstrüs döneminde 0.56±0.19 U/mg protein, östrüs döneminde 0.68±0.23 U/mg protein, metöstrüs döneminde 0.59±0.21 U/mg protein, diöstrüs döneminde ise 0.50±0.12 U/mg protein olarak belirlendi. Elde edilen değerler arasındaki farkın istatistiksel olarak önemli olmadığı (P > 0.05), ancak değerlerin seksüel siklus dönemlerine göre sayısal farklılıklar gösterdiği tespit edildi. Özellikle östrüs döneminde doku arginaz düzeyinin yükseldiği gözlendi. Sonuç olarak, ineklerde östrüs siklusunun farklı dönemlerinde uterus dokusu arginaz seviyeleri arasında bir farklılığın olmadığı görüldü
