Mastitisli İnek Sütlerinden İzole Edilen Koagulaz Negatif Stafilokokların Antibiyotik Dirençlilikleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada mastitisli inek sütlerinden izole edilen koagulaz negatif stafilokok (KNS) türlerinin antibiyotik dirençliliklerinin belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Antibiyotik duyarlılık testleri 156 ineğe ait 620 çiğ süt örneğinden izole edilen 146 KNS izolatı üzerinde gerçekleştirildi. En yüksek direnç oranı penisilin G’ye (%74) karşıydı; bu oranı, ampisilin (%68.5), amoksisilin (%62.3), sefoksitin (%61.6), kloksasilin (%59.6) ve oksasiline (%58.9) karşı direnç oranları izledi. Test edilen 146 suşun sadece 28’i tüm antibiyotiklere duyarlı iken, geriye kalan 118 izolat en az bir antibiyotiğe dirençliydi. İzolatlardan 86’sında oksasilin direnci belirlendi. Oksasiline dirençli olan izolatların %100’ü ayrıca, ampisilin, penisilin G, sefoksitin ve kloksasiline de dirençliydi. Sonuç olarak Afyonkarahisar’da mastitisli inek sütlerinden izole edilen KNS türlerinde veteriner hekimliği alanında yaygın olarak kullanılan çok sayıda antibiyotiğe karşı direnç geliştiği belirlendi
