Tavuk Orijinli Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovar Enteritidis Suşlarının Plazmid Profil Analizi

Abstract

Bu çalışma tavuk orijinli Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovar Enteritidis (S. enteritidis) suşlarının Plazmid Profil Analizi ile tiplendirilmesi amacıyla yapıldı. İncelenen toplam 38 S. enteritidis suşunun 25’inde (% 65.78) bir plazmid, 11’inde (%28.94) birden fazla plazmid saptandı. İki suş (%5.26) plazmid içermedi. Plazmid DNA’nın SmaI restriksiyon enzimi ile kesimi sonucunda 5 farklı plasmid profili saptandı. Suşların 25’i (%65.78) aynı plasmid profiline (P2) sahipti. Bu çalışmanın sonuçları tavuk orijinli S. enteritidis suşlarının çoğunun genetik olarak ilişkili olduğunu göstermektedir
