Alabalık Fletolarında Farklı Yöntemlerle Listeria monocytogenes'in Araştırması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada balık eti örneklerinde Listeria monocytogenes’in tanısına yönelik EIA (Enzyme Immuno Assay) ile klasik bakteriyolojik metotlar karşılaştırmalı olarak çalışılmıştır. Alabalık fletosundan toplam 66 örnek kullanılmıştır. Bakteriyolojik kültürlerde Listeria türü bakteri üretilememiştir. EIA yöntemi ile 3 örnekte pozitiflik saptanmıştır. L.monocytogenes’in düşük dozda çok efektif olmasından ve çapraz kontaminasyona yol açabilmesinden dolayı Listeria tanısında kültür yöntemlerinin yanında ELISA yönteminin de kullanılmasının faydalı olacağı kanısına varılmıştır.
