Abstract
Elektron mikroskobu (EM) görüntü oluşturmak için ışıktan daha çok elektronları kullanan bir mikroskoptur. EM büyük bir alan derinliğine sahiptir, yüksek büyütme yapar. Görüntünün kalitesi, netliği ve detay zenginliği rezolüsyona bağlıdır ki EM’da rezolüsyon gücü 2-20 angsrtromdur. Scanning- Elektron Microskobu (SEM) biyoloji, tıp, madde bilimleri ve yer yüzü bilimlerinden elde edilen örnekleri 100.000 kez büyüterek yüzey yapılarını görüntüleyerek yüzeyde meydana gelen farklılıkları değerlendirir. Üç boyutlu hayali bir görüntü oluşturur
