PROBLEMS AND SOLUTION SUGGESTIONS IN CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION PROCESS

Abstract

The Presidency of Construction Inspection Commission has provided a web page that presents a two-component automation system called a€Å"Construction Inspection Platforma€ and a€Å"Construction Inspection Systema€. The purpose of this web page is to let all private and public companies in field of construction inspection to fulfill duties under their responsibilities within the law. The control engineers, working in the Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning in Adana and Hatay provinces, were identified the problems encountered during their inspections of the construction sites and the offices. In this study, we organized those problems and suggested solutions that can easily be adapted to the automation system to improve the system performance.

YAPI DENETİM SÜRECİNDE KARŞILAŞILAN SORUNLAR VE ÇÖZÜM ÖNERİLERİ

Öz

2008 yılında Yapı Denetim Komisyonu Başkanlığınca bir web sayfası ve bu web sayfasında yer alan a€Å"Yapı Denetim Platformua€ ve a€Å"Yapı Denetim Sistemia€ olarak isimlendirilen iki bileşenli bir yazılım otomasyon sistemi oluşturulmuştur. Bu sitenin amacı Türkiyea€â„¢ deki yapı denetiminde yer alan tüm özel ve tüzel kişilerin kendi sorumluluklarındaki görevlerini daha iyi bir biçimde yerine getirebilmelerini sağlamaktır. Bu çalışmada da, yapı denetim platformu ve sisteminde kullanılmak üzere, Adana ve Hatay illerinde, Çevre ve Şehircilik İl Müdürlüğünde çalışan kontrol mühendislerinin, yapı denetim firmalarının büro ve şantiyelerinde yaptıkları denetlemeler sırasında karşılaştıkları sorunlar tespit edilerek, bunlarla ilgili çözüm önerileri geliştirilmiş ve bu verilerin sisteme adaptasyonunun yapılmasının önemine dikkat çekilmiştir.
