Plexiform Neurofibromatosis on Localized Scalp: Case Report

Abstract

Epicranial neurofibromatosis is a rare diagnosis in Neurofibromatosis patients, frequently seen in the occipital region, which can be the cause of bone destruction.We report a patient with plexiform neurofibroma, which is pathognomonic for neurofibromatosis type 1 NF1 affecting the left temporo-parietal region of the scalp.

Skalp Yerleşimli Plexiform Nörofibromatozis: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Epikranial nörofibromatosis, nörofibromatosisli hastalarda nadir olarak teşhis edilirler. Sıklıkla oksipital bölgede görülür ve kemik destrüksiyonuna neden olabilir. Biz nörofibromatosis tip 1için patognomonik olan skalp sol temporo-mandibular bölgeyi etkileyen plexiform nörofibromalı bir hastayı bildirdik.
