Günlük Yaşam Aktivitelerinden Korkma Anketinin Türkçe Versiyonunun Psikometrik Özelliklerinin Değerlendirmesi ile Kültürel Adaptasyonu

Öz
Amaç: Günlük Yaşam Aktivitelerinden Korkma Anketi (GYAKA), kronik bel ağrılı hastalarda, sıklıkla ağrı nedeniyle aktivite korkusu olduğunu bildiren on etkinliği listelemektedir. Anket Türkçe’ye çevrilmemiştir ve geçerlilik ile güvenirliği araştırılmamıştır. Mevcut çalışmada kronik bel ağrılı (KBA) hastalarda günlük aktivitelere karşı korku anketinin (GYAKA) Türkçe çevirisinin, geçerlilik ve güvenirliğini araştırmayı amaçlamaktayız.
Gereç ve Yöntemler: GYAKA’nin Türkçe çevirisi uluslararası kılavuzlardaki gibi tamamlandıktan sonra 60 KBA hastası (38 kadın, ortalama yaş: 44.31 ± 13,05); sosyodemografik bilgi formu, Oswestry Disabilite İndeksi (ODİ), Tampa Kinezyofobi Ölçeği (TKÖ) ve Korku-Kaçınma İnanışlar Anketi (KKİA) doldurdu. GYAKA, 72-90 saat sonra test tekrar analizi için tekrarlandı. İstatiksel analiz SPSS 21.0 ile yapıldı ve p<0,05 istatiksel olarak anlamlı kabul edildi.
Bulgular: GYAKA’nin Türkçe versiyonunun mükemmel iç tutarlılığa (Cronbach α katsayısı = 0,821) ve test-tekrar test güvenilirliğine [sınıf içi korelasyon katsayısı (ICC= 0,834)] sahip olduğu belirlendi. Ayrıca, GYAKA anketi; TKÖ, KKİA orta düzeyde, ODİ anketi ile yüksek düzeyde ilişkide olduğu görüldü (p<0,001).
Sonuç: GYAKA'nın Türkçe versiyonunun mükemmel iç tutarlığa, test-tekrar test güvenilirliğine ve orta-yüksek dereceli yapı geçerliliğine sahip olduğunu göstererek Türkiye’de yapılacak araştırmalar için kronik bel ağrılı hastalarda rehabilitasyon sırasında bu anketin kullanabileceğini belirledik.
