Abstract

This article aims to develop an organizational performance management model in a dynamic structure, formed in the scientific methods gathering together. All the criteria, expected to be in the performance evaluation form, create the performance criteria pool (shown as Ph). This pool has a dynamic structure containing criteria which are decided to take into consideration by the manager. Performance criteria pool getst together in main group names (shown as AG) and for each AG, half of the total score is taken by using two methods, of which significance degrees are the highest ones in the result of AHP. The cumulative score shows the "Growth in Learning" level. Growth in learning data, specify the level of knowledge and experience level, the tendency, strong and developable aspects of the evaluated personnel.

Dinamik Bir Performans Yönetim Modeli

Year 2015, Volume 3, Issue 2, 2015, 153 - 168, 30.12.2015

Abstract

Bu makale, çalışanların beklentileriyle, bilimsel metotların bütünlüğünde oluşan, dinamik yapıda bir organizasyonel performans yönetim modelinin geliştirilmesini amaçlamaktadır. Performans değerlendirme formunda yer alması beklenen tüm kriterler, performans kriter havuzunu (Ph) oluşturmakla birlikte, yöneticinin olması gerektiğini düşündüğü başka kriterler de varsa havuza ekleyebileceği esneklik sayesinde sistem dinamizmi korunmaktadır. Performans kriter havuzu, ana grup isimleri (AG) altında gruplanır ve her AG için Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi kullanılmasıyla önem derecesi en yüksek çıkan yöntem sonucundaki puan alınır. Elde edilen bu puan; öğrenmede büyüme puanıdır. Öğrenmede büyüme verileri, performansı değerlendirilen çalışanın zamanla kazandığı bilgi ve tecrübe seviyesini, eğilimlerini, güçlü ve gelişime açık yönlerini belirtir.
