Pistacia vere L. üzerine aşı l ı Siirt, Ohadi, K ı rmı z ı , Halebi ve Uzun antepfı stığı çeşitlerinin yağ miktar ı ve yağ asitlerinin değişimi üzerine P. vere L., P. etlantica, P. khinjuk ve P. terebinthus türlerine ait çiçek tozlar ı n ı n etkileri araşt ı rı lmışt ı r. Çal ışmaları mı z sonucunda; yap ı lan istatistiki analizler antepf ı stığı meyvelerinde çiçek tozu kayna ğı n ı n, antepfı stığı meyvelerinin yağ asitleri kompozisyonu üzerine önemli bir etkilerinin olmad ığı n ı göstermiştir. Diğer taraftan Uzun, Halebi ve Ohadi çeş idinde çiçek tozu kaynağı n ı n toplam yağ miktar ı üzerine önemli etkileri oldu ğ u saptanmıştı r. Denemenin birinci y ı l ı nda Uzun ve Halebi çeşidinde en yüksek ya ğ oran ı P. vere çiçek tozu ile tozlanan meyvelerden elde edilirken, denemenin ikinci y ı l ı nda P. atlantica ve P. khinjuk çiçek tozlar! ile tozianan meyveler daha yüksek oranda ya ğ içermişlerdir.

Effects of Different Pollinizer Species on the Fat Content and Fatty Acid Composition of Some Pistachio Pistacia vere L. Cultivars Grown in Turkey

Öz

The effect of P. vere L., P. allantica, P khinjuk ve P. terebinthus species pollens on fat content and fatty acid composition of Siirt, Ohadi, K ı rmı z ı , Halebi and Uzun cultivars grafted on P. vere L. was investigated. Statistical analysis showed that pollen source did not has significant effect on fatty acid compositions of pistacia kernels. Otherwise, pollen source had significant effect total fat content in Uzun, Halebi and hadi cultivars. While the highest fat content was determined in Uzun and Halebi cultivars pollinated with P. vere pollens in the first year of this experiment, kernels obtained by pollination with P. atientica ve P. khinjuk pollens had higher fat content in the second year.
