Ekmeklik Buğday Triticum aestivum L. ' da Değişik Su ve Azot Uygulamalarının Tanede Protein Oranına Etkileri

Öz

1993-1995 y ı llar ı aras ı nda A.Ü. Ziraat Fakültesi Tarla Bitkileri Bölümü Deneme Tarlas ı ile Kenan Evren Araşt ı rma ve Uygulama Ciftli ğ rnde yürütülen bu ara şt ı rmada, bu ğdayda farkl ı su ve azotlu gübre uygulamalar ı n ı n tane protein oran ı na etkileri incelenmi ştir. Materyal olarak Bezostaja 1,Gerek 79 ve Gün 91 ekmeklik bu ğday çeşitleri= tohumları kullan ı lm ış ; sulama uygulamalar ı olarak O mm 50 , 20 mm, S/ ve 40 mm S2 , azot uygulamalar ı olarak ta 4 kg/da saf N N.1 , 6 kg/da saf N N2 ve 8 kg/da saf N N3 dozlan uygulanm ışt ı r. Araşt ı rma sonuçlar ı na göre; tane protein oran ı yönünden artan azot ve su miktarlanna ba ğ l ı olarak, istatistiki yönden önemli art ış lar gözlenmi ştir, Tane protein oran ı azot uygulamalar ı ndan daha fazla etkilenmi ş olup; en yüksek protein oran ı , N3 8 kg/da saf N ile S2 40 mm uygularnas ı yia Bezostaja 1 çeş idinde saptanmışt ı r.

Effects of Various lrrigation and Nitrogen Applications on Grain Protein Content of Common Wheat Triticum aestivum L.

it was aimed to detern ı ine the effects of different irrigation and nitrogen fertilizer applications on grain protein content of wheat in this research which was carried out at the Exper ı mentai Field of the Department of Agronomy and Kenan Evren Research and Application Farm, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ankara during 1993-1995. The seeds of cv. Bezostaja 1, Gerek 79 and Gün 91 were used as material and O mm 50 , 20 mm S, and 40 mm 52 irrigation applications and also 4 kg/da N İ , 6 kg/da N2 and 8 kg/da N3 nitrogen doses were applied. According to the results of the research; significant increases on grain protein content were observed statistically in regard to increasing nitrogen and irrigation applications. Grain protein content was affected more from nitrogen applications and the highest grain protein content was obtained from cv. Bezostaja 1 with N3 8 kg/da N and S2 40 mm irrigation applications.
