Humerus pseudarthrosis
Öz
The success in the treatment of the pseudoarthrosis of the humerus is related to the exact decision of the type of the non-union. According to Müllers classification it is the treatment of choice applicating plate fixation and grafting in atrophic type, revitalization and plate fixation in hypertrophic reactive type. Rigid immobilization is not neccessary if a stabil osteosynthesis was achieved.
