Künt Travmaya İkincil Gecikmiş Bir Nekrotizan Fasiit Olgusu

Abstract

Necrotizing fasciitis is a rare, rapidly progressive, and potentially fatal soft tissue infection of the skin, subcutaneous tissue, fascia, or muscles. Only early clinical suspicion, appropriate antimicrobials, rapid and aggressive surgical debridement can reduce mortality and morbidity. Even with effective treatment and all care interventions, necrotizing fasciitis is a disease that is difficult to manage. In this report, we present a necrotizing fasciitis case of a 48-year-old male with blunt gluteal trauma after falling on stairs.

Künt Travmaya İkincil Gecikmiș Bir Nekrotizan Fasiit Olgusu*

Abstract

Nekrotizan fasiit (NF) deri, deri altı doku, fasya ve kas tabakasını tutan, hızla invazyon ve yayılım göstererek yașamı tehdit eden nadir bir yumușak doku enfeksiyonudur. Tedavi, klinik olarak erken șüphe ile uygun antibiyoterapi desteğinin sağlanması ve cerrahi müdahalenin hızlı ve agresif olarak yapılmasıyla mümkün olabilmektedir. Ancak bilinmelidir ki, NF tüm müdahalelere, etkili tedavi protokolleri ve hasta bakımına rağmen yönetimi zor olan bir hastalıktır. Olguda, yüksekten düșme ile gluteal bölgeden künt travmaya maruz kalmıș ve kliniğimize bașvurana kadar bir hafta süre ile perianal ve sağ alt ekstremite ağrısı için sadece semptomatik tedavi verilmiș bir nekrotizan fasiit olgusu sunulmuștur.
