The Insertions and The Lengths of The Parts Forming Deltoid Ligament

Abstract

The subject has been based on 28 ankle joints of human cadavers to study the insertions and the lengths of the parts of the deltoid ligameni. One of these, tibionavicular part has extended from the anterior side of the anterior tubercle to the medial side of navicular bone. The mean length of this ligament has been measured 21,5 * 1,66 mm. The übiocalcahsal talar sustentaculum of the calcaneus. The mean lengih has been measured 29,1 * 1,5 mm. The anterior tibiotalar part has started just at the anterior side of the anterior tubercle and ended upon the anterior side of the talus, The mean length has been found 24 x1,9 mm. The posterior tibiotalar part has originated from the back of the posterior tubercle and the malleolar sulcus and has ended upon the posteromedial side of talus. The mean length has been measured 26,3 - 1,83 mm.

LIGAMENTUM DELTOIDEUM'U OLUŞTURAN BAĞLARIN TUTUNMA YERLERİ VE UZUNLUKLARI

Abstract

Lig. deltoldeum'u oluşturan bağların tutunma yerleri ve uzunlukları ile ilgili çalışma 28 ayak bileği ekleminde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu bağlardan pars tibionavicularis, tuberculum anterius'un ön kenarından başlayarak os naviculare'nin iç kenarında sonlanmaktadır. Ortalama uzunluğu 25,5 * 1,6 mm. olarak bulunmuştur, Pars tibiocalcanea, tuberculum anterius'un ön kısmından başlayarak, calcaneus'un sustentaculum tali'sinde sonlanmaktadır. Ortalama uzunluğu 29,1 #1,ı mm, olarak tesbit edilmiştir. Pars tibiotalaris anterior, tuberculum anterius'un hemen ön kenarından başlamakta ve talus'un ön yüzünde sonlanmaktadır. Ortalama uzunluğu 24 * 1,9 mm. olarak ölçülmüştür. Pars tibiotalaris posterior, tuberculum posterius'un arka kenarından ve sulcus malleolaris'ten başlayarak, talus'un arka iç tarafında sonlanmaktadır. Ortalama uzunluğu ise 26,8 * 1,8 mm. olarak belirlenmiştir.
