Tas hastalginin etyolojisinde hiperkalsemi ve hiperkalsiurinin, dénemli bir yer tuttugu bilinmektedir. Hiperparatiroidizm de hiperkalsemi ve hiperkalsitirinin belirgin nedenleri arasindadir. Bu calismada klinikte yatan 104 tiriner sistem tas hastasinda hiperparatiroidi insidansi arastinidi. Tim hastalarda iki kez olmak tizere serum kalsiyum ve fosfor tayinleri yapuld.. Hiperkalsemi tespit edilen 21 olguda (% 20.1), serum parathormon degerleri arashirud. Bu hastalarm 4’Unde (% 3.8) serum parathormon degerleri yuksek bulundu. Parathormon seviyesi yoksek olan hastalarm birinde paratiroid hiperplazisi, birinde ise paratiroid adenomu ultrasonografik ve sintigrafik clarak tesbit edildi. tag hastahgi olan hastalarda serum kalsiyum ve fosfor diizeyleri kriter almarck, peratireid patolojilerinin etyolojik neden olarak arastirilmasi tedavi ve takipte bize 1gik tutabilecektir.

Hypercalcemia and hypercalciuria are the most important etiologic factors in urolithiasis. Hyperparathyroidsm as a cause of hypercalcemia and hypercalciuria are also important as etiologic factors. In this study, we have evaluated the incidence of primary hyperparathyroidsm in 104 patients with urinary stone diseased twice for each patient. Hypercalcemia has been found in 21 (20.1 %) patients and in 4 of these patients (8.8 %) serum parathormon concentrations have been evaluated. Parathyroid hyperplasia and parathyroidadenoma have been demostrated scintigraphycaly and ultrasoundgraphycaly in two of these patients. Serum calcium and phosfor concentrations must be measured in urinary stone disease and parathyroid pathologies must also be searched as etiologic factors.
