Abstract

Histopatolojik olarak malignite tanısı almış 31 hasta ve 20 sağlıklı kişilerde, serumda lipid elektroforezi, kolesterol, lipid, trigliserid miktarları, E rozet testi, serum immünglobulinleri seviyeleri, lenivent yüzey immtnglobülinleri incelendi. {ki grubun. karşılaştırılmasında alfa lipoprotein (HDL), E rozet testi, slgA degerlerinin hasta grupta, kontrollerden anlamlı derecede farkli olduğu bulundu. Immiinolojik parametrelerden bazılari ile lipidler ve lipoproteinler arasında ilişki arandı. E rozet ile prebeta (VLDL) arasında negatif, VLDL ile slgA arasında pozitif bir korelasyon bulundu. Literatürde de bunu destekleyen yayımlarım olması nedeniyle VLDL’nin immiumodepressan olma ihtimalini düşündük.

«The effect of lipids and lipoproteins on immune system in malignant diseases»

Abstract

In this study, 31 patients with malignancies and 20 healthy persons were examined. Lipid electrophoresis, cholesterol, lipid, trigliserid, E rosette test, serum immunoglobulins and lymphocyte surface immunoglobulins were performed.In patient group, alpha lipoprotein (HDL), E rosette test and
sIgA were, significantly different from healthy individuals, The correlation, between some of the immunological parameters and lipids, lipoproteins was searched. Negative correlation between E rosette and VLDL and positive correlation between VLDL and sIlgA were found. Since, there are papers supporting this finding, we thought
the possibility of being an immunodepressan lipoprotein of VLDL.
