Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Ruptures

Abstract

This study presents an analysis of the rupture of abdominal aortic aneurysms. Between 1980-1986 years, 11 patients with ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm, admitted in the general surgery department at University of Ankara, school of Medicine, There are 2 enteric ruptur and 9 retroperitoneal ruptur. There are only 5 patients .operated.
All of them are died with renal and cardiac complications.

Abstract

A.Ü. Tıp Fakültesi Genel Cerrahi Anabilim Dalında, 1980-1986 yılları arasında tanı konulan 11 abdominal aort anevrizması rüptürlü
olgu analiz edilmiştir. 9 olgumuzda retroperitona, 2 olgumuzda duodenuma rüptür gelişmiştir. Retroperitoneal rüptürlü 4, duodenuma rüptürlü 2 olgumuz cerrahi müdahele yapılamadan kaybedilmiştir. Aorta-bifemoral Y-greft konulan 5 olgumuzdan 3 tanesi akut böbrek yetmezliği ile, I tanesi yaygın Ml ile ve 1 taneside solunum yetmezliğisile
kaybedilmiştir.
